From starting my first business at age 18, to becoming a top sales gun, serial entrepreneur, start-up extraordinaire, corporate warrior, corporate trainer, Life Coach and now proud DoTERRA Wellness Advocate, I've done it all.  Now I want to show others how they can achieve their dreams.

The Neill Andrew Story...

After years of working inside other businesses and refining what worked — and what didn’t, I was ready to build something of my own. I founded a boutique sales and marketing firm, which over the following years grew into one of the top-performing companies in its category.

From there, my work evolved into helping other businesses transform their sales systems — acting as a change agent, refining processes, training teams, and improving outcomes. Eventually I took on what was, at the time, my most ambitious challenge: helping scale a start-up from scratch.

What began as a two-person operation working out of a spare room grew into a thriving business within three years, during which I personally generated over $1 million per year in sales revenue.

​That success led me into the corporate world, where I was eventually head-hunted by several multinational companies. I later became a corporate trainer, teaching others to do what I had spent years learning in the field.

Alongside all of this, I immersed myself deeply in personal development. Not as a hobby — but as a discipline. The principles I learned became the foundation of my own success, and naturally, I became the person others turned to when they wanted to improve their lives or their results.

Eventually, however, I became disillusioned with the culture I saw in many large organisations. A chance encounter set me on a different path — one that many people around me had been encouraging for years.  I left the corporate world and spent the next few years as a Life Coach. While this was immensely rewarding for me personally, I eventually reached a point where my time was fully booked. I began looking for ways to create greater leverage and long-term scalability, which led me to explore the home-based business model.

I was able to find an awesome reputable company which had fantastic products.  Over the course of about 3 years, I built the business, being able to scale back my Life Coaching until I reached the point where I was able to focus on doing the home business full time. During this 3 year period, I tried various approaches, some worked, some didn’t, some sort of worked, I made mistakes (at least twice, just to make sure they were really mistakes), I’ve learned hard lessons, I kept refining and in the process, I’ve built systems that work in the real world. The unique system that I developed over 3 years is the same system that I use today.  It teaches anyone, regardless or background or experience, step by step, paint by numbers, how to build a successful online business.

Once I had the blueprint and I implement that within my team, the results were amazing.  Strong personal growth and the development of a fast-growing team, which helped me achieve senior ranks within that company. Success however, often brings its own set of challenges.

As the business expanded, it became clear that the direction I was moving in — in terms of leadership style, autonomy, and innovation — was no longer fully aligned with the existing framework.

The company itself was supportive, but the structure was not able to accommodate the level of independence and evolution I was seeking in how I led and grew my business.

At the end of 2025, I made the difficult decision to step away from that company and begin building in an environment that better aligns with my long-term vision — one that gives me the freedom to lead, innovate, and support others in a way that reflects how I believe modern businesses are best built.

The choice of which company to partner with was an easy one.  I had been buying doTERRA products as a customer for many years, so I knew how good they were.  Once I looked into the business, I saw it was a perfect fit for what I was looking for.

Today, my work is centred on wellness and entrepreneurship through doTERRA — a natural extension of the work I’ve done and the values that guide me.  Most importantly, I spend my time helping others build lives that are genuinely aligned with their values.

In January 2026, I welcomed the first member to my new team, beginning the next phase of building with the same proven systems and leadership framework I’ve developed over the years — now in an environment designed to support long term sustainable growth.

Not to impress you — but to impress upon you, that when it comes to business, I’m not guessing.

That’s why I created Conscious Creators Global.  I’ve built it the way I believe sustainable success should be built: with systems, support, leverage, and integrity.

As a kid growing up, I probably would have been picked as the least likely to become an entrepreneur, never had a lemonade stall, never had a paper run.  What I did have, even at a young age, was a highly logical, analytical mind — and an instinctive sense that the traditional “40-year plan” we were being sold at school simply didn’t add up.​

So when I left school, with the support of my parents, I started my first business at just 18 years old. I worked relentlessly, and quickly discovered a hard truth: hard work alone doesn’t create success. I knew to be successful, I had to be good at sales.  And at that stage, I was most certainly NOT!

So I made a deliberate decision to master it. I threw myself into the most confronting training ground possible: door-to-door sales. Over the years I sold everything from vacuum cleaners and security systems to automotive products, educational programs, and insurance. If it could be sold door to door, chances are I sold it.

In time, I became one of the top performers in the industry — learning not just how to sell, but how people actually think, how they make decisions. (At one point, I even managed to sell a man a full set of encyclopedias… despite never having worked for an encyclopedia company!)
